If you have a mat, a friend, journal, mug, blanket and yoga bolster please feel free to bring any of all. If you don't have any of those items, no worries, I have a few on hand as well.
This class is open to all levels, no experience required, great for beginners, great for those who struggle with anxious/racing thoughts and lifestyles.
Restorative yoga is near to my heart and is what prompted me to learn more about the practice of yoga.
I published a book a few years back that guides you through a 4 week journaling journey. Journaling is a tool I love to share and teach - this class is like a mini workshop & a class in one!
Beautiful, divine things & ah-ha moments have resulted in students out of this class!
