Join me for Mindful Movement Yoga. During this class, we will focus & invite in mindfulness with gentle movements...combining breath work, balance, gentle flow, yin and/or restorative. Class is great for beginners & all levels.
Registration is required, as space is limited. Feel free to bring your mat, blocks, bolster, straps, etc.
Please Note: We do not have childcare at this space. If you'd like your children to try yoga, please message me and we can set up a private session or I can keep you posted on any future classes I may host for kiddos. Thank you for understanding.
