Alignment & Adjustments 101 Workshop

Have you ever wondered if you’re doing your yoga poses correctly or if you’re close to the ‘full expression’ of the pose?

During this two hour workshop, you will experience non-invasive adjustments that move you toward proper alignment in YOUR body and YOUR body's expression of the pose.

You will learn why proper alignment is important in practice on the mat and how it translates off the mat, into your daily life - in all aspects.

We will leave time for open discussion and play before we settle in for a hands-on savasana experience.

Bring your body, your body & a beginner’s mind.

If you’d like, bring your mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, blanket, bolster or pillow, journal, & water.

All levels welcome, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. Guaranteed to learn and experience something fun & something new!
