I’m Amy — a yoga teacher, writer, photographer, embodiment guide, energy healer for those who are tired of living on autopilot.
I create spaces for people to slow down, come back into their bodies, and remember what’s true. My work is rooted in mindful movement, breath, presence, and honest self-inquiry — not hustle, performance, or spiritual bypassing.
I’m a single mom to two daughters, and our life is built around intention, creativity, and staying awake to what actually matters. I homeschool. I run my businesses. I hold a lot — and I teach from lived experience and authenticity, not theory.
My yoga classes are gentle, intelligent, and embodied. I focus on alignment, anatomy, breath, and nervous system awareness, while honoring the deeper layers of practice — how what happens on the mat translates into how you live, choose, and relate off the mat.
One of my gifts is connecting others and community is a huge part of my practice, and how I lead. I create safe spaces to be held, heard and seen.
Beyond yoga, I’m the creator of The Unbound Mama, a body of work devoted to self-trust, clarity, and conscious living. I’m the author of guided journals designed to help people meet themselves honestly, one day at a time. Photography is another thread of my work, and has been for nearly 20 years, as I enjoy capturing what’s real, fleeting, and often overlooked, especially in nature and everyday life.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I don't believe any of us are broken.
I believe in helping them feel again... safely, slowly, truthfully.
I believe our stories don’t disappear when we avoid them... they wait.
And I believe presence changes everything.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for surface-level wellness.
You’re looking for something real.
You’re in the right place.
I can't wait to share space with you. Thank you for being here. Reach out anytime.
