Chair Yoga -all ages/levels-

CHAIR YOGA is a great yoga practice for ALL ages, all levels. It's challenging in mind, body & soul! Benefits may include: improved flexibility, improved concentration & strength, boosted mood & energy, reduced stress & tension, alleviated joint pain - results vary between individuals - always listen to your body!

I will offer out of the chair movements so you may practice to your own level and expression. ALL welcome!

This class is great for beginners and those who have been practicing for years. We will focus on breath, alignment and finding the full expression of the pose for YOUR individual practice & body. Bring a mat if you like. (limited supply on hand) and an open mind & I'll see you there!

Come play, be curious, find community & learn something new while feeling refreshed, stretched & at ease, ready to take on the day! :)

Space is limited; must text/dm/or register in advance by 7 a.m. day of.

$20 per class experience :) Multiple class packages are available as well.
